New York, New York
The American Cancer Society is proud to have a network of more than
30 Hope Lodges across the country, two of them here in New York State. These places of comfort provide lodging and support services all free of charge for cancer patients and their caregivers when they are receiving outpatient treatment away from home. The guests benefit from full amenities and a host of social and wellness programs including yoga, meditation, healing touch and music therapy.
Located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, the Jerome L. Greene Family Center Hope Lodge provides a safe, supportive, and self-sufficient home away from home for people who need to come to one of the New York City area hospitals for their outpatient cancer treatment. Since opening its doors in 2007, the Lodge has provided more than 200,000 nights of free lodging for 25,000 guests from
50 states and 50 countries, saving them over $67 million.
We invite you to become a supporter of the Hope Lodge Bash and be a part of our mission to provide a home away from home for cancer patients receiving their treatment here in New York City. Last year's gala was a huge success, hosting more than 275 guests and raising over $650,000.
American Cancer Society Hope Lodge Bash will be held on
Thursday, November 12th at TriBeCa Rooftop in New York City.
Your support will help us be even more successful this year in raising critical funds for the Jerome L. Greene Family Hope Lodge.
